Job Title: Part-Time Clean-Up & Light Maintenance Worker
Location: Paducah, KY
Pay: $16-18/hour
Hours: 16 hours per week (approximately 8 hours per day, 1 day at each of our two parks)
Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Clean-Up & Light Maintenance Worker. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our rental properties and common areas in our parks. This position includes light maintenance and repair work in rental homes as well as general trash clean-up around the parks and dumpster areas. With the right fit, this role could potentially develop into a more permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clean-up duties, including collecting trash and maintaining a neat and tidy appearance in parks and dumpster areas.
- Conduct light maintenance and repair work within rental homes as needed.
- Report any issues or necessary repairs to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines while performing all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or general labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Must be reliable and committed to high-quality work.
Schedule:
- 16 hours per week, typically one day per week at each of the two parks.
