Job Title: Electronic Parts Cleaner

Location: Paducah, KY

Pay: $14 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Position Overview: The Parts Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that all electronic components and parts are meticulously cleaned and ready for sale. This role involves handling delicate electronic parts, adhering to quality and safety standards, and contributing to the efficiency of our store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and Maintain Parts: Use appropriate methods and equipment to thoroughly clean electronic components and parts, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Inspect Components: Examine parts for damage, defects, or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Organize and Store: Properly organize and store cleaned parts in designated areas, maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning agents and electronic components to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with Inventory: Support inventory management by tagging and organizing parts as needed, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
• Customer Service Support: Provide occasional assistance with customer inquiries related to part cleanliness or condition.
• Maintain Equipment: Keep cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition, replenishing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in a retail environment with electronic components is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle delicate electronic parts carefully.
• Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift lightweight items as required.
