Reports to: Pricing/Billing Manager, VP of Pricing
Pricing / Billing Representative ($17+/hr)

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, invoice preparation, and rate confirmation, all while supporting our dedicated Pricing and Billing teams. Required Skills: Pricing / Billing Representative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective data entry and spreadsheet management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of billing processes and data tracking
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills: Pricing / Billing Representative
  • Experience with bid platforms or pricing management tools
  • Familiarity with invoice processing or logistics industry knowledge
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
