Join our team as a skilled production line worker and play a vital role in crafting high-quality candles for our esteemed clients. We're seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our production team on our 1st shift, Monday.
Key Responsibilities for Production Line Worker :
Craft candles with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our quality standards in manufacturing / production environment
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and ensure timely delivery of products
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized work environment ( manufacturing / production environment )
Perform various tasks as required by the production team, including melting wax, adding fragrances, and inspecting finished products
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements Production Line Worker
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime (not exceeding 12 hours per day or 60 hours per week)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of candle-making processes and techniques (training provided for the right candidate)
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing / production environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
