Need to be able to work 10-12 hour shifts in a fast paced work environment.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills.
Will lead a team of technicians and ensure that raw materials are ready and all dyes/fragrances are added in order to successfully meet production goals for the shift.
Need to have good math and computer skills as well as be able to work as a team.
