Now Hiring – Property Management Professional - Paducah KY

Pay: $18.96/hour

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Property Management Professional to join a local organization. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, managing property operations, and ensuring communities are maintained to high standards.

Responsibilities Include:
• Leasing available units and assisting prospective residents
• Collecting rent and maintaining resident accounts
• Conducting move-in, move-out, and annual inspections
• Coordinating maintenance requests and property repairs
• Maintaining tenant files and documentation
• Assisting residents with questions, concerns, and community resources
• Monitoring occupancy and helping reduce vacancies
• Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with housing regulations

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with the public and resolving concerns professionally
• Computer proficiency and accurate recordkeeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
