OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION: Ensure that material and finished product quality assurance specifications, documentation, records, and measures are retained in an organized and secured manner supporting analysis and retrieval.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as determined by the Quality Assurance Lead Supervisor and/or Site Quality Assurance Manager.
1. Compiling batch documentation for record retention.
2. Reviewing files and records
3. Tracking and cataloging retain and limit samples.
4. Notification of quality issues to appropriate personnel
5. Developing and maintaining production specifications.
6. Creating and maintaining Quality Assurance metrics.
7. Collecting, entering, and reporting shift quality data.
8. Supporting 3rd party audits including maintaining reports, associated forms, and corrective action plans.
9. Entering data into centralized Quality Assurance Management Systems database.
10. Maintain stylistic, notational, and organizational standards to unify communications
11. Promote housekeeping and safety
12. Additional assignments as necessary or required.
