Quality Assurance Technician – 3rd Shift
Location: Benton, KY
Hours: Monday–Friday, 11PM–7AM or 3PM–11PM (Saturdays if needed)
Pay: $20/hour

About the Job:
We’re looking for a reliable Quality Assurance (QA) Tech to join our team  in Benton. In this role, you’ll help make sure the products we ship are correct and meet our quality standards. You’ll check orders, inspect materials, and keep good records. It’s a mix of hands-on warehouse work and some basic clerical/tech tasks.
What You’ll Do:

  • Check that products match what’s on the order

  • Inspect materials during and after production

  • Keep simple records of your inspections

  • Work with team members to fix any quality issues

  • Help train others on how to check for quality

  • Join in on occasional audits or improvement efforts
What You Need:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Some experience in QA, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus

  • Good attention to detail

  • Able to use measuring tools and basic computer programs

  • A team player with good communication skills
Physical Stuff & Schedule:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • You'll be standing and walking a lot during your shift

  • Must be okay working in hot or cold warehouse conditions

  • Hours are Mon–Fri, 11PM–7AM or 3PM–11PM, with possible Saturdays for overtime
