Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Hickory, KY
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Technician ensures that products meet company and industry standards before they reach consumers. This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting findings to maintain high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on materials and finished products.
  • Identify and resolve product defects in a timely manner.
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Train staff on quality control measures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
