Key Responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Technician:
Conduct thorough quality checks on products, including verifying weight, clarity, and proper labeling
Monitor lines and products to identify and report any discrepancies or issues promptly
Utilize strong attention to detail to catch even the smallest errors or irregularities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through paperwork and computer systems
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician:
2.50 (base rate of $15/hour) + a strong foundation in quality control principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
Ability to move around the production floor, monitor lines, and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
