Part-Time Receptionist — Law Office
Location: Mayfield, KY
Position Type: Part-Time (Approx. 20-25 per week)
 
Overview
We are a respected and client-focused law firm seeking a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms
  • Assist attorneys and staff with light administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional discretion at all times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree a plus
  • Previous experience in a legal, medical, or professional office preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office phone systems
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
