Temporary Fill-In Admin/Receptionist
Location: Paducah, KY
Pay: $15 - $20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Temporary Coverage Dates:
  • March 24
  • April 15
  • April 25
  • May 21 – 23
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Temporary Fill-In Admin/Receptionist to provide short-term office support on the dates listed above. This is a strictly temporary role, perfect for someone seeking occasional work in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Assist with email correspondence and document preparation
  • Support office staff with general clerical duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional demeanor and reliability
