Position Title: Utility Maintenance Technician
Location: Paducah, KY
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Seasonal (summer)
Job Summary:
A well-established manufacturing facility in Paducah is seeking a reliable Utility Maintenance Technician to join their 2nd shift team. This position focuses on maintaining and repairing the facility’s utility systems to support uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair utility systems including water, air, gas, and pneumatic lines.

  • Monitor and service pumps, compressors, valves, and other mechanical components.

  • Troubleshoot utility-related issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and accurately document all work performed.

  • Support the operations team by responding promptly to maintenance requests.

  • Maintain safe work practices and comply with facility safety protocols.
Qualifications:

  • Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
