We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates to support operations at a facility in Hickory, KY. This is a hands?on warehouse role focused on order picking, packing, and shipment preparation in a fast?paced environment.
Pay & Job Type

  • Overtime and weekends may be required based on workload
Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately
  • Prepare shipments by pulling materials and staging completed orders
  • Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks and support team operations
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical/lifting assessment
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Steel or composite toe shoes required
