About Us: We are a fast-growing Bitcoin mining technology company focused on high-performance infrastructure and efficiency. Our team is looking for a Data Center Technician (Crypto) to support our data center operations, ensuring optimal performance of mining hardware and network systems. This position is majority warehouse labor with technology aspects tied in. Job Responsibilities Data Center Technician (Crypto):
Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of Bitcoin mining machines.
Install, rack, and configure equipment including PDUs, network gear, and servers.
Manage warehouse logistics, including shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware.
Process hardware RMAs and coordinate with vendors for replacements/repairs.
Troubleshoot network and client service issues as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, repairs, and configurations.
Ensure the data center remains clean, organized, and optimized for performance.
Requirements Data Center Technician (Crypto):
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (expect heat and noise).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Comfortable with physical labor—bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Any experience in the the technology field is helpful, warehouse experience is even more helpful
Although experience in networking, cabling, IT, computer hardware field is helpful - it is not required. Gamers Welcome!
