Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Saturday required until further notice) We’re hiring Assemblers for a hands-on manufacturing job in Martin, TN. This role involves putting parts together, using tools and machines, and making sure everything meets quality standards. You’ll be on your feet most of the day in an active work environment.
Pay: $15.50 per hour What You’ll Be Doing
Gather parts and materials needed for each job
Set up your work area before starting
Assemble products using hand tools and machines
Stack, label, and prepare finished products
Check materials and finished products for quality
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Complete basic equipment checks before your shift
Follow all safety rules and help with other tasks as needed
What You Need to Apply
Able to stand, lift, and stay active for the full shift
Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
Able to follow directions and work safely
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
Attention to detail
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
At least 6 months of assembly experience required (1+ year preferred)
