Job Description

Packaging – Warehouse Production Worker
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12-hour shifts
Location: Hickory, KY

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Production Workers to join our pulp packaging team. This is a hands-on position in a small warehouse facility that is not climate controlled, so employees should be comfortable working in hot conditions during warmer months.
Job Duties
  • Assemble and make cardboard boxes used for packaging.
  • Operate basic equipment and tools as needed.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipment.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow safety and production procedures.
  • Perform repetitive standing, lifting, bending, and other physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday.
  • Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse.
  • Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

This is a 4-day workweek with three days off each week. Starting pay is $18/hour.
