We are hiring dependable Warehouse Workers / Forklift Operators for day?shift positions in Paducah, KY and Calvert City, KY. This role involves forklift operation, order handling, and general warehouse support in a fast?paced environment.
Pay & Schedule
$15.00 per hour
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime and occasional weekends may be required
Job Summary
The Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator is responsible for moving materials, preparing orders, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This position involves operating a forklift for most of the shift and supporting daily shipping and production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift for 90% of the shift
Pull and stage orders for shipment
Label and prepare chemical drums
Perform general warehouse cleaning and organization
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Work as a team to meet daily warehouse and production goals
Requirements
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work in a non?climate?controlled warehouse (heat and cold)
Steel?toed boots required
Company provides safety glasses and gloves
Reliable, hard?working, and team?oriented
Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
