We’re hiring a Welder Apprentice / Fabrication (Fab 3) to join our production team in Northwest TN. This is a hands?on welding role for someone who wants stable hours, physical work, and real skill development in a manufacturing environment.

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
50?hour workweeks
Job Summary
The Welder Apprentice is responsible for producing quality products according to design and safety specifications. This role requires working with welding equipment, power tools, hoists, and measuring tools while following all safety rules and procedures. The position is physical and fast?paced and may include additional duties throughout the department as needed.
Essential Job Duties
Read part drawings and work instructions to determine materials, tools, fixtures, and equipment
Move materials and equipment using pallet jacks, powered trucks, or hoists
Position and secure materials using clamps, tacking, and lift assists
Weld materials in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead, floor level)
Use grinders and air sanders to smooth or finish welds
Transport completed parts and materials to designated areas
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling
Lifting materials up to 75 lbs(with lift assistance for heavier items)
Comfortable working in various welding positions and using hand and power tools
Requirements
Ability to safely use measuring tools, gauges, and welding equipment
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Reliable attendance and ability to work full shifts
Steel?toed boots and jeans required
Company provides all other PPE
