Required Skills for Wellness Assistant:
  • Strong interest in health and wellness practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable to a dynamic setting
  • Ability to learn new procedures and technology quickly
  • Comfortable working with cash-paying, dedicated patients

Nice to Have Skills for Wellness Assistant?:
  • Prior experience with neurofeedback, laser therapies, traction, or bio-feedback is a plus but not required
  • Experience in healthcare or patient support roles

Preferred Education and Experience for Wellness Assistant?:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in healthcare or wellness fields is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Requirements for Wellness Assistant?:
  • Availability to work three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Willingness to undergo training and develop proficiency in neurofeedback and other therapies
  • A passion for natural health and helping others achieve their wellness goals
  • Ability to work with patients from out of state, demonstrating professionalism and consistency

This role offers competitive starting pay of $17/hour, with potential increases to $18/hour after successful training. Bonuses and efficiency incentives can elevate your earnings to around $20/hour. Benefits include complimentary personal healthcare services, a 401(k) match after one year, and potential for additional hours based on interest.
